Decided to revive an old thread instead of starting a new one. There are several other old Father's Day threads. Interesting to go back and read them.[emoji4]

I'm home alone on Father's Day this year.[emoji853] Actually not as pitiful as it sounds. The wife went to Church and to lunch with her Dad. My daughter is out of town on business. My girls (two dogs) are right here on the couch next to me, and looking at me like I'm the most perfect daddy in the entire world.[emoji1] It doesn't get any better than that![emoji4]

Gotta go in the kitchen and start the pot roast for dinner. A father's work is NEVER done... not even on Father's Day.[emoji1]
