As I stated in my introduction post, I've to buy something to back on djing..
so..

CONTROLLER..I'm nearly fixed on Pioneer XDJ-RX or RX2 (worth of it over RX?)..
Denon MCX800 was a competitor too, but I hate 4 cahnnels and many freeze reports have stopped me on it..

SPEAKERS..here it's a bit more difficult..
my music will be Rock/Hard Rock/Hair Metal, Disco (70's), Dance (80's), House (not extreme one, ever songs) and Nu Disco..
my max events (if ever will be one of them..): nearly 200ppl
here the options..
1) 2x RCF Evox 8 (is it possible to add an RCF sub to pump bass more?)
2) HK Lucas Nano 602/602 Twin Set
3) 1x HK Elements E835+E210 subAS

please let me know all your thoughts..I'd wish close the deal very soon..

I would look at the bigger RCF system or the new EV
2x RCF Evox 12 are too expensive
I've listen something of EV on youtube (yes, I know..but it's nearly impossible to listen something live in Italian shops) and (it seem) sound I don't like so much..

I like the EVOX 8 I have, but not sure the 12" bass units are powerful enough for just rock/heavy metal. You might be able to use a pair and add another true subwoofer to fill in the lowest octave. As for controller, it is personal taste. I use small controllers (Denon MC6000 mk2 and Denon DN-HC4500) and can't comment on the Pioneers, which seem to be very good (any of them).
