Life/Work Balance of being a Mobile DJ

We got 55 acres 17 years ago. It is in West Virginia. Got it very cheap. We've been camping on it until the cabin was built this last year. It's me and 5 friends from grade school and high school. We had been camping since high school but got tired of camp ground rules, so we bought our own place.

I was really busy last year, I always made sure to book one weekend off to spend with my gf.

13 years until I retire at 60.

That's a healthy drive to get there. I've looked at a couple of pieces of land but I haven't found exactly what I like in my price range
