OMG :yoOMG:
Someone asked WAAAAAY back in this thread what I had implemented.
1. Learned that just because I am a small single op doesn't mean that I
have to THINK small.
2. NEVER THOUGHT of bringing along the laptop & that these places have WIFI (the slapping of the forehead here)
3. While I believe I am about customer service, I am not a doormat.

How's that for a start?

That was me.

Absolutely, you can think as big as you (and the client) want to think - especially if they got the green to back it up. Under the right conditions, there are no limits.

I'm not opposed to wifi but I really have little need for it at a meet and greet. We're meeting each other, discussing what the possible scenarios and options are and what you want / desire / expect out of the show, etc - am I missing something?

Absolutely not a doormat. I learned a long time ago, you teach people how you want to be treated - if you allow them to walk all over you, they will.
