Another great year at the auto show but this year was better than ever. Scored two free tickets to the auto show and two $25 gift cards for taking a test ride and visiting the Toyota booth. My daughter is the car expert and seems to know everything about all the new models. She actually picked out my my SUV and have say I couldn't be happier. It is even is large enough that I got rid of one of my vans. As always I had to checkout the vans, Ford, Mercedes, Chevy, Dodge & Nissan. Best looking was the Ford with a raise roof, The Mercedes looked extremely comfortable inside. The Dodge and the Nissan were both ugly as hell to me. The Chevy hasn't changed much in the past 17+ years. My 2016 Chevy van looks almost exactly like my 2000 Chevy van. I was hoping for redesign last year but that never happened. One interesting vehicle which was only for display was a Rogue with tracks. I'm figuring great for the people up north with tons of snow. Another one was the Chevy Bolt, even though the car was small there seems to be a ton of room inside. With over 230 miles per charge I can actually see myself with one. I actually a deposit on the Model X but delays and other issues made me change my mind.
