Why not just download it off youtube? Yes, I hate using it as well but if a song isn't available in the normal channels, sometimes you just have no choice.

Short of getting a member or contact in another country to "gift" it, you would have to cheat.
If you don't wish to use any unsavory means of getting the track, explain the situation to the client and let them do the dirty work.
