Current R&B suggestions needed!!

So...what suggestions did they already give you as to artists and song titles that they like? You should always ask for a "short" list of their favorite artists/songs so that you have a nucleus from which to begin play...then it's read the crowd and encourage song requests during the reception. You may want to check www.americamusiccharts.com too. Much easier than Billboard Hot 100 to view and print lists. Have you looked at Chuck the DJ's recent thread a few days old by now, but he had a couple evening play list (logs) that had some pretty good (R&B) tunes.

Im doing a karaoke/dance party this Saturday and its majority R&B. Here is a short list of the client wants that may spark some ideas for you.
