Yeah that's it. The Borgata. I have never been to that particular Casino yet in AC.
I'll be making the trip to AC this year. Just booked our trip, staying 2 nights/3 days.
Still looking to see which vendors will be attending. Looking for some new ideas and possibly some new gear.
Let me know who is going and we can meet up and say hi.

Alesso Will be deejaying the Opening Night Party at Robert's Rooftop Oceanfront Bar and Lounge at the TAJ. He has the hits “Heroes (We Could Be)” feat. Tove Lo and “Years” feat. Matthew Koma. ...The Heroes song is a current Top 40 hit. It's a good song....they play it all the time on BPM on XM.
There's a Scores Party for Full Expo holders on Monday afternoon. Sophia Del Carmen, Red One, and Samantha J are the "acts" at that party. Every DJ I have talked to at the Expo said it was a "garbage party" in previous years though. I've never attended it.
I might go to the Opening Night Party if we aren't occupied with other stuff going on. I know last year I walked by that party and the attendance was very light early on. Not sure how it ended up though.

Personally not interested in the parties .. or sausagefest as they usually are. Watching some DJs move knobs to pre-recorded sets just doesn't move me anymore ..

Taj Mahal has a restaurant called PLATE inside of it. Last year they had a KILLER New York Strip Steak Dinner special. It came with a big Baked Potato and Veggies for $19.95...it was worth it! Also, the breakfast was very good there. Biggest BLT sandwich I ever seen for $9...that thing had almost a pound of bacon on it.

I am honestly excited to be child free for 48 hours!
My Dad is bringing my Mom up there this year. She needs a wheel chair to get around and hasn't been in a Casino in 5 or 6 years. They will check out the expo with us, but for my parents it's an actual vacation from home. They live near Bethany Beach, DE, and never really go anywhere so it's sort of a big thing for them to go out of town on a trip. I'm looking forward to checking out the Borgata.
I'll probably be there mid-afternoon on Tuesday .. Planning to grab lunch along the way with @DJ JohnThe1 in upper NJ.

Well everybody, it looks like this will officially be the last year for the DJ Expo at the Trump Taj Mahal. I am glad I am going this year. This will be a farewell trip to the Taj!

As a side note. Apparently, half the original workers at the Taj have been on strike for over a month as they are unionized. They have brought in some temp workers to fill the vacant job positions, but service might be pretty spotty there next week. I hope service isn't bad at check in and in the restaurants.
