I Found My Facade

I'm totally stoked about this. I'm having Steve Lynch build my facade. This thing is a tank and its beautiful. I hope he does not mind me posting the pictures from his website. But this is the facade that He will be making for me. It will be (4) panels the frame is made from aluminum and the the panels are made from corrugated plastic. I wont be talking price here because that is his thing to tell folks. But to me this is a thing of beauty and the look I want. The uplighting will be 4 chauvet slim par 56's controlled by an obey 3.

Here is his website. I just called his number. Now they are not cheap probably more than the standard facade around here but again you pay for quality.

He's making me one as well. I've helped set it up and it rocks! Make sure you order the bag from Tuki to protect it!!!!

What I like about it is that it seems as if it would be very lightweight with aluminum construction.

Kevin he is ordering me one and I will just pay him for everything. I really can't wait. Im raising our game.I will the only DJ in the area. I love that. The local multi ops are way ahead of me on other area but on some stiff I kick there butt.)

Yep im very happy i just wish steve had a photo of this facade with his Bose. That way i would know exactly how everything will look. I just ordered my new case and lights today.

The only "issue" I see is a big gap between the panels....that could be addressed fairly easily

I think it's too thin, I would like to see a version that was thicker like the ones people have made with wood.

Per the pics: I see two! :triwink: In this case, there really is NO excuse for it!
I'll give you a hint: Looks like a "Lighted Goalpost"! Know why? I am sure you and others do not need for me to repeat myself on my favorite "beef".
The Facade design is fine.

Yea those all look great but the reason I went with this is I wanted something not made of wood and also wanted something for the panels that was not material. I researched this heavily.

I hear ya. Just puting it out there. As for me, I'm still using basic black. Still juggling the pros & cons on this subject. Like you, I've chosen 2011 to take my biz to the next level; exciting & scary at the same time.

I have been continually investing for the last 6 years lol. But I thought I needed to take our setup to the next level. Here are just a couple of purchases made this week. I probably have pushed out as of right now about 2k and will be investing more with the facade. My desire is to be the only DJ in my area doing the things and having the look that I will have.

Being different in a good way helps me stand out among my local peers. We just purchased 4 slim pars and an obey 3 for the facade as well as this case and this media server. I want a fast but very nice looking setup. Also given that I use the Bose speaker system. Then my setup should look exactly like the one below. This is one of Steve Lynch's setup
