I just saw a crazy ad on CL.

To many ads? Support ODJT and see no ads!

Mix .. It's already online ... maybe you're not actively advertising it, but it's there. You would need to redirect things to a "Coming Soon" page on whoever is currently hosting dancetothemusicent, but if I can Google "Adrian Bacon DJ" and find it, anyone else who has your name can too ...

BTW, your website comes up second when you Google that .. first is your Facebook page. Also finds it with a Google search of "Dance To The Music NJ".

So, yea, finish it ... :)

Wix allows you to build a site for free. They advertise that on TV. Haven't you seen their commercial? I have. They just want you to host your site with them. Their rate to host isn't bad depending on which package you choose.

So when does you business plan allow for you to pay for a website, certainly you must have figured that into the budget

Mix, you have had YEARS to get it done. What we (the folks here at ODJT and other forums you hang out in) have learned .. is that EVERYTHING comes before your business hobby. People here have even tried to give you a hand up by building you turn key websites and you've turned them down.

Stop telling everyone you're going to do something (and don't) and just frickin' do it.

Your front page doesn't look all that bad....If nothing else finish your contact page for now and take the templates down

Yes! It's free. But only if you let them host it. (aka "pay for them to host it")
If you pay someone ELSE to host it, you cannot use the page they designed for you.

I'm probably not the guy to ask I'm pretty much colorblind. I can see colour but can't distinguish most colours that are close but it looks ok to me

I wouldn't make another thread but I seen the sickest thing on there ever!!!!!!!!!! I guess there's a guy out there from NY looking for a girl to pay her $50 to do something really sick. The ad said they want the person to send them a picture. The person wanted I guess a female to come and vomit on their face. True ad. The ad said I know this sounds crazy. It doesn't sound crazy. It is crazy! They went on to say you can bring a friend if you don't feel comfortable. I just wonder who is that hard up for $50? That goes to show how sick the world has become. Just making this post makes me want to vomit and not on someones face.

wtf does this have to do about you getting your web site done. Mix take a couple of hours of your time sit down and finish what you started its very easy to do. Once it is done you can add or delete items. There is no better way to tell the public about yourself and what you do than a web site

If you were searching for DJ related posts on CL, you'd have to be looking in a specific section.
To find a post about very bizarre and unusual acts for money....
you'd have to be looking in a specific section.

The section I go to is events. I placed another ad on Craigslist and don't know how to get it to show in events. I got to check and see where it is at again.

As for the website I said I have no idea about what to do to get it finished. People say it's easy. I'm not a computer wiz remember. So what may be easy for you isn't easy for me. It would be if I knew how to do it.

Think of it this way. We all have things that some can do that we can't. That's why we pay people to do things we don't know how to do. Think of why people hire us to DJ an event for them. It looks easy but if you left them with the gear and now go and play, they would still be there 5 years from now trying to figure out how to hook it up so they could play some music.

It is his way of deflecting the question. He can't and won't answer ny important questions so to avoid them he posts new things thinking people will forget and move on.

And what he is saying, is that you didn't find that ad under 'events' - you found it in a very specific area.

People have built a site for you and continually told you to finish yours and you keep saying you will do it - now you say you can't do it? SMH!
