Dean it is done with a wireless remote control. You can do preset colours or have it strobe, fade or cycle through the colour gambit.
 
I like 'em too - and fer 27 bucks a piece, I could have a whole collection / gathering of these l'il lights!
 
I like to share a genuine bargain, an these are just that!
 
Might be just right to light up a facade from the rear or to highlight a small tree or 2 for an outdoor event.

Or lighting a truss, a scrim or under a table many uses come to mind.
 
I wonder if selling them without the plug allows them to bypass UL ?
 
Since I am in Canada that listing is raping me for $23 dollars for shipping mine was $27 with free shipping.
 
Z got them from a Canadian supplier and it's another $17 to ship to the US. The US supplier is cheaper for us .. the other for Z.
 
My source is direct from China no middleman.
