Where is the best and cheapest place to buy Karaoke downloads?

I'm waiting for the peanut gallery to chime in and say you shouldn't go with "Cheap" and you should be willing to spend the money on premium quality karaoke downloads! 😄 Cheap, and BEST supposedly never go together.

Does anybody know who would be the RCF, or BOSE, or Meyer of Karaoke Songs? 15 years ago I remember the hard core karaoke singers saying that Chartbuster usually made the best versions songs in karaoke format, and Sound Choice was usually pretty good.

As for your question...I honestly stream ALL of my karaoke music now because I only do MAYBE 1 karaoke event per year. It's more like 1 every other year for the last 7 years or so. I use KaraFun! However, there are other services such as SunFly, Red Karaoke, PCDJ Karaoke, Singa etc.

DJ Ricky B: I have one Karaoke gig coming up. I haven't done a Karaoke gig in about seven years also. (It's not big around here.) I just want some of the popular songs at a good price. (Probably won't play another one for a while.)

Karafun. They have a 2-day rental or you can get unlimited for $10/month. I have that and it gives you the option of tagging up to 1000 songs for offline use.

Like the others suggested go with Karafun. You do want to make sure you have a stable internet connection where you are playing

I was going to suggest the same thing. Just buy the subscription. My friend used it and it was great.

I'm from the peanut gallery. Use the most expensive one!😁

Just kidding. I agree with the karafun.

Back in the day, sound choice and chartbusters seemed to be the most consistent. There were several others that were fine, and a number of really bad ones.

But sound choice was either unable or chose not to allow kj's to use the songs on a computer until it was too late. Had they come up with a way to allow it, they could still be in business.
