Good stuff man! Ricky may look pretty old, but that voice is still so very sweet!

I would love to see Ricky and Vince do something other than "Go Rest High on That Mountain". That song is absolutely phenomenal, but it is so sad. We did it Friday at our local country music show, and it brought the house down, but the entire cast needed a picker-upper afterwards.

Man, that was good. Thanks for sharing it. Hornsby really demonstrated some balls in hanging with that world-class outfit (Skaggs' band) and let me tell you, in my book, there are extremely few musicians on the planet that are anywhere near the level that Skaggs runs.

Several years back, I found myself cramped up in a tiny little dressing room in the Ryman. Skaggs was on our spot and did their run through upstairs. I got to enjoy that little show from literally with my face about 2 feet from Skaggs guitar. It's mind-boggling to me at how those cats have such incredibly intricate arrangements and seemingly, it's always with just some throw-together combo that Skaggs has called to cover that particular spot. I don't know how he does it.
