We just got off a double wedding weekend. I have done them before but they are still tiring non the less. Fridays wedding was a "Dry wedding" I really don't like them very much it was for a church group formalities where nice and where a all around good group. Dancing was very limited but the bride and groom where very happy with there reception and that is what counts.
Now Saturday's wedding was another story and fits my personality type much better. These folks where drinkers, dancers and all around great group of people. I think I received one of the best compliments from the Father of the groom who paid for everything but had never met us and whose ex wife had contracted with us.
He said that he originally thought our fee was way to high but after having gone through the reception not only did he think we where worth every penny but more and proceeded to stick a tip into my Tux pocket. I saw the grooms 80 year old grand mother drinking and moving in her chair everyone telling me she could hardly walk.
I told the groom before the night was over I would have his grandmother on the dance floor dancing to baby got back. The first picture is the picture of her shaking her booty. Look for her shaking her booty in the upper right corner of the first photo. I brought the groom over to me and made him laugh telling him " Look there she is "She has been healed" in my best preacher voice I could.
The other photo's are of the event and the bride and groom. By the end of the night the mother asked that I send her our performance appraisal sheet so she could send it back. I just wanted to thank God for being with us all the time and helping us through our events. We rely on him so much and its so fantastic to see him bless us. Our bride and groom and all there family and friends had a great time and even clapped for us after the last dance. What a bunch of corn balls
The new screen is one that Hank did awhile back when he was doing hearts and he did a great job. If you guys are not having hank do your graphic work your making a mistake. Any work I need done will be done by him period. His cost are great and even if they where higher he would still get my business. The Bose sounded awesome and I had a few people coming up staring at them and laughing about how I could get so much load sweet sound out of them. Then one guy looks at the other guys and points to the Bose logo and the other guys says "Ok now I get it". Perception is reality.
