Ask them to provide answers to the information that was left out of their initial inquiry...THAT YOU need to make an informed quote.

You may not get a reply...if it's just an "internet tire kicker." LOL

I think he's looking for more of an email that would touch them and urge them to book.... not a sterile "what do you want" email.

It's my opinion that they were already urged to book by sending the inquiry in the first place. A cordial, informative response usually does the trick.

.

A miraculously-worded email is not near as good as repetitive, consistent follow-ups.

So if I send the following every day to potentials they'll book me?

Hi Bride,

Hire me I'm awesome....

Thanks

Awesome... I've been wasting my time on well worded emails... thanks! :triwink:

And use words that you can spell correctly.

Each situation is different and I would never use a "one size fits all" response. YMMV

Our follow up with the potential client is usually a personal phone call after they send their first inquiry.

wanna make a bet?
one, personally written email is ALMOST as good as an actual conversation
especially if they are still asking questions.

repetitive emails may have their value, but not until AFTER they've booked
and you need to get your information together.

so my response to the OP is....

read their inquiry carefully to get an idea of what kind of person they are
(if they seem serious, respond accordingly)
and answer EACH of their questions as best you can

don't depend on a FORM LETTER email,
personalize each one, as if you were talking to their face

Hire me or i'll send my friend around (see pic)
