So to make a werry long story short here we are.
Like manny of you know i was doing the paperwork(damn)for last year in Bar.Two days ago i become an interesting phonecall from a friend which ask me if im interested to sell my share in Bar and Car wash.I said of course because mostly everything you can buy if you have the monney and you write the right number on the Check.
He said to me that Hes friend is werry interested to buy me out if my partner agree.I said OK but i have to ask.So i ask and partner was not realy happy but agree.I said to Him first that nothing is final and i have to hear the right price for my 30%.
So next day at 10.00o clock i meet this guy and He offer a price which was so high that almost my eye balls fall out.:sqerr:I agree to sell at the moment.
I ask him why is he offering so much monney and he said to me that He have big plans. And again:sqerr:.
So, today He pay me out.For 9 months of my work here i made a good$ and now Im speachless.I made with selling almost 150% which is huge for this world situation.
I have to stay here till end of the month and than i take a week free and than i can go back to full time Dj-ing.(not realy im a partner in club also but anyway).
So i had to share this with you guys and in 14 days im back on this greatest Forum also full time.:sqwink:

Marco, I remember when you bought into these ventures. You were quite excited. Well I'm glad it turned out so well for you.

When I hear of a high buyout like that I get the feeling that something big is going to happen in or around that location. Don't be surprised if there is new construction ther very shortly.... By this I mean anything from a new shopping center to anything that might change traffic patterns, etc...that may bring in much more business

However, nothing beats making the sure profit that you did. Congratulations!

The first thing I think is a fool and his gold are soon parted :sqwink:

You were smart to jump at it Marco anytime you can get a huge return in a short period of time it's well worth taking

Agreed with all above. Good job man I know your blood pressure will get back to normal soon so you win in more ways than THE ALMIGHTY EURO!! Heres to success to the after barwash!!I am moving this to the big show as I dont think there is any debate that congratulations is the only option in response.

This is a new building. Its one year old so i dont think that here will be something else.

And thanks Jeff and Jon!

A slighty similar story. A freind of mine owns a mortgage business. A few years ago, it was at it's peak. He bought a big house for him, his wife, and 5 kids for $600,000. He was nervouse about paying that mortgage.

After living there for 4 months, a man comes and knocks on his door. He say's I'm Dr so and so, I like your house and I'd like to buy it. How much would you sell it for? My friend said $950,000. The Dr. said ok, and not only did he buy the house, but my friend made about $20k from getting the Dr. the mortgage. Total transaction time took about a month. So my friend was out of that house in less than 5 months.

Just a few months after this happened, the mortgage industry starting going downhill. My friend still has his business, but he runs it out of his modest house by himself instead of an office with 10 loan officers.

Some things just work out for the best. He's a lucky SOB:sqwink:

As in my first post, I congratulate you for making a big, sure profit! What he does is no longer important. I was just making an observation...

Good for you Marco. Sometimes things work out better than we expect. You deserve this good fortune just for being such a good guy. Let me know if you're looking to invest some of that money in a business. I need new equipment. lol:sqbiggrin::sqwink:

Good one Brian.
Yap i was also thinking to invest some money in equipment but in this times....
Its going under my pillow(i think).
Its not really time for investments.

I don't know Marco, some think the best time to invest (stock market or elsewhere) is when the market is down....while the rest of your competition is struggling you turn your good fortune into a stronger DJ buisness gear wise and take all their business!!
