I want to take a moment to thank Rick for spending over an hour on the phone with me this afternoon helping me figure out how to get my lappy to recognize my DN2500...

There aren't too many vendors willing to take the time to work with someone on a HARDWARE issue that has nothing to do with their software, so thanks Rick!

Of course, Rick got the problem figured out within a half hour, and we spent another 40 minutes just shooting the $hit... It's also nice to buy something from someone you consider a friend!

So thanks for the help and the talk today Rick! I really do appreciate it!

Sssshhhhh!!!!! The CDC will probably be knocking on your door to "probe" you if they feel you've been infected by JTV yorofl:

I was ill that particular day so assign me a Mulligan. Its likely never going to happen any sooner again than the Kahoutic comet.
