This report seems to confirm that Taso has it right. Posting to Social Media, and specifically posting videos is THE biggest bang for your buck these days. I know in my own case, dropping both TK and WW has done ZERO damage in terms of inquiries. It makes me sick that I was wasting so much money on those platforms. Now in my own case, the next big challenge is to learn how to deliver quality video content from my events.
Incidentally, I believe that the ineffectiveness of WW/TK is possibly only tied to DJs and Photogs. I had a chat with a venue owner last weekend who told me she averages 6 leads per day from WW (10 during peak booking season) and they only run a basic, paid ad. Their venue did 57 events last year (@ $8500/night). Ad the game just keeps on changing by the day..............
