I know is not related to photographers but it's related to photography.

Does anyone know of a good priced photo multi feeder scanner? Scanning photos has become a long task for slideshows and was looking for something that will help speed up the process just a little.

Can someone help.

Thanks.

Not sure about a multi-feeder, but my Epson Artisan 800 all-in-one can handle 4 4x6 prints at a time and is intuitive enough to figure out the orientation and cropping on its own. It's also got incredible color restoration (handy for older photos) and its drivers/programs are bloatware-free. I'm relatively new to photo montages, but I can't imagine I'll need anything better in a scanner for a very long time.

Madness - the best (and quickest) option may be to take the photos to the nearest photo center, have them scan them and convert to digital; factor that cost into the price. The disc of images would be a nice gift to the client as they can readily share them...
