Yea, I've got myDMX 3.0, but still haven't made time to setup the shows. I may spend some time on that this weekend.
PARs aren't too bad to program in many DMX packages .. it's the movers that are tough to get coordinated motion. The ideal would be a myDMX Go (or Light Rider) UI on a laptop that you could use hardwired where wireless isn't working properly.
I may try the Android tablet hardwired to the mDG (or Sushi, as I have 2 of them). My Android tablet is small (8" I think) and doesn't allow charging while being cabled to the dongle, but it would at least be a backup option.
I used myDMXGo bug free on 11/7/20 for a wedding. This clip here shows the entrance of the B&G. This night I also announced the rest of the wedding party and each couple had their own song which is something the groom & I came up with together. Worked really well. Had 20 uplight around the room and it actually worked flawlessly all night long.
