My new camera outputs .mov files in very nice quality. Windows Movie Maker does not support this format and I do not wish to convert the file.

What I am looking for is a straight forward, high quality video editing program that will allow me to place watermark on the video and hopefully, fade into the first clip. I liked that MM allows me to fade into the first clip while other programs I've looked into do not. I would like to keep the cost to under $100 if possible. Thanks ahead of time for your input! :)
