Did the phone come with a USB cord? If so upload them to your computer and post. If not Email them to yourself from the phone and upload as usual
 
when you connect the phone to the computer via the cable,doesnt the computer say "device found" or something similar at the bottom ?

I just want to make sure I don't get killed on my billing.

I have unlimited text...just dont know if this would means pics as well>?
 
Don't know what model your phone is, but on my phone (which is an LG) there is an option to have the USB recognized as a modem, or media. If yours has that option and is in modem mode, then it won't see the card and allow you to use it as a down-loadable device.
