Hello guys and girls...I like DJ Intelligence, but...It doesn't save all of the events for the year AND it doesn't give you the totals for the months or years end in terms of income. DJ Event Planner isn't user friendly. I'm looking for a program that does it all for you AND is easy to use. Suggestions??

This is it....affordable, thorough and licensed for multiple PCs. It's the UK version of DJ Calendar which is great as well, but is only licensed for one machine and costs more.
Ewebmin will give you the monthly and yearly reports. I still have client data from 2009 on my ewebmin so Im not sure what you mean about not storing data for over a year. The data is only removed when I delete it.
