A friend of mine that i"ve been working with for a while just bought a Tour-X system from Ben.

2 double 18's
2 double 15 mains
1 EV DC1 processor
1 Q1212 amp for the subs
1 Q99 amp for the mains
cables to hook it up.

I don't know if he's setup an account on here yet, but he will soon if he hasn't.

I wasn't even mad that he woke me up (due to time zone difference) here in LA to place the order. LOL.

PS - Charles, those weren't just ANY cables... those were NLFX Platinum Series cables. ;)
 
I will be joining the Tour X family as well soon enough. I'm just going with the 2 TX1181's and 2 TX1152's

I could only imagine how loud those TX2181's and TX2152's will be :sqerr:

I already love mine and they are still sitting in the NLFX warehouse. :sqlaugh: I actually went to a local DJ store just to hear them so I could order them from Ben. :sqwink:

It's really crazy how those 2 amps can run all the sound and then some with no problem at all.

It's cool that you'll be getting one soon. I personally have never heard the setup!

About the 2 amps running all that sound, I'm floored with how the system that I have runs 3 subs and 2 mains per side with just 2 amps and doesn't have a problem at all. The specs from the company even say it'll do 4 subs and 4 mains per amp, but I wouldn't want to push it that far at loud volumes.

It's all about efficiency of the speaker/cabinet combination.
