Suggestions for business card

I think I told this story before but that never stops me :readzeecontract:

When I first got in the business I had literally every dime I had in it and I couldn't afford business cards. They were actually much more expensive then than they are now. My Girlfriend at the time put my name and number on pieces of construction paper and when someone asked for a card I gave them out. I'm not advising anyone do this but it showed me that by the time you need to pass a card it really doesn't much matter what it looks like it's the info they need

I've had several since then here is the latest incarnation

I decided to be different!

I put my face on my business card SO THEY WON'T FORGET WHAT I LOOK LIKE!

I have about 500 business cards left to hand out, but once I am down to under 100, I am planning on making a new business card (Still keeping my face on the new one though)

MMMM so why not use your domain name email accounts ?

they will remember it far better....

I already had my email address established for my business, by the time I got the website.
I am still not 100% sure I am going to KEEP the website.
And I really didn't want to maintain ANOTHER email address.

Most websites allow you to set up email forwarding .. you can have [email protected] just forwarded to your other email address

If I have given someone a business card...it's because they want to contact me.
The card has an email address, which they can use to contact me.
Seems pretty simple.

I don't think it was meant in a negative way....just a suggestion to help with branding and company name recognition. But, if you may let the domain slide, then it wouldn't be wise because anyone did use that address would get a return email after the domain expires.

Oh, I know everyone here well enough...to know they are making suggestions for my benefit.
I assume they know ME well enough to understand that I was not offended, and my response was not in anger.
I appreciate all suggestions, consider them wisely, and then decide if it applies to me.

But no matter what...you gotta watch out for that STEVE guy.

THAT'S the reason we gotta keep an eye on you....
Where DID that hair go?
What did you do with it?
Oh, sure...you'll blame it in old age, heredity, or stress...
but there's something fishy going on.
Hair just doesn't "get up and leave"....
