Slow day at work, and curiosity got the best of me, so here it is. The Ultimate Spotify Wedding Party Playlist (2018).

I surveyed several dozen "Wedding Party" and "Wedding Dance" playlists and came up with a list of 5021 songs (2585 unique songs).

I sorted by frequency, and have included a list of the 185 songs that appeared 5 times or more. 1784 of the songs appeared only once.

There were many instances where a song title or artist had different variations, so I had to manually clean those up. I may have missed a few.

Interestingly, there was one popular song I had never heard (or heard of): This Girl - Kungs Vs. Cookin' On 3 Burners (with 12 requests). Guess that just slipped by me in 2016.

I've attached a PDF of all the songs with >4 requests, and the spreadsheet with the whole list.

Not gonna lie, out of that "top 10" list... i dont really play much of any of them on consistent basis. I may play dance with somebody... but the version I play is usually a remix with more of an edm/house feel. That list just looks way too generic for my type of weddings.

Well, there are another 2500+ songs on the list, so I'm sure you could find something you like... ;)

I play a mashup/bootleg of this song blended with an acapella from G-Eazy & Bebe Rexha - Me Myself and I which give is it a bit more of a familiar feel for groups that don't listen to much house music. It works well for me.

That list actually looks pretty good in my book. At the very least, I'm printing off a few copies to keep as a cheat sheet. Thank you.

That's just the different frequency of request levels ... all the 20s are one color, the 19s white, etc.

As steve pointed out, I just highlighted alternate sections of popularity to try and make it a little easier to read. The songs are sorted alphabetically by artist within each group.
