Love these guys. Yeah, his voice is a little annoying, but their songwriting ability is just amazing.

I'll second the mention of Tracy Byrd. He's one of the good ones. I really miss him. He released a lot of good 2-steppers in the day. Tracy Byrd was what Kenny Chesney is in Country today.

I made up a 23 track comp from his earlier albums and all the songs he's released since from CDX. Guess Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo was his last big hit. He released a few more songs after that but they didn't hit the big time.

I'll have to admit that I wasn't familiar with Mr. Byrd's music until Coreen and I got together and she had this particular disc and turned me onto his music.

I quite enjoy his music and may have to dig into his discography and get some more of his music. It's a shame that the only song of his that we get to play is "Watermelon Crawl"....
