Where o Where has NLFX Specials gone?

To many ads? Support ODJT and see no ads!
So, is anyone in the office? I'm feeling the need to buy something....:sqbiggrin:

Just as question! Do you guys actually receive or even look at the Emails or messages sent to you through contact links here on ODJT?

Over the past year I have sent three different E-mails concerning interest in purchases I wanted to make and not one has even had a response of "we have received your request!

The last request I just sent! I am really hoping you got it!

I sent you 3 replies the other day. I noticed you used the ODJT e-mail system. I hit 'reply' and sent you detailed replies (with attachments). I did not get a reply back from you, which has me wondering if you got MY reply. Can you please confirm that you did?

I figured I'd address this to the open forum, as you are likely not alone in the world in using these methods.

If you send mail to any of the e-mail addresses like the "ODJT" one, it actually goes to several people, usually me included. Almost everyone at NLFX carries a Blackberry or other smart phone, and I can tell you that even on vacation today I know I replied to no less than 40 e-mails. We pride ourselves on prompt responses. If you didn't get a response, it's a good liklihood that we didn't get your e-mail.

If you send an e-mail through one of these methods and don't get a timely reply, try sending an e-mail to one of our individual accounts (ie: ben@, kat@, sam@, etc). If you don't get a reply that way there may be some cyber wizardry at work... call my cell phone. Many of the members here have it and I would be just fine if they shared it with you (privately of course) so I can personally address whatever need you may have.

and of course Ben dont forget you said ben kat sam @ but follow that with nlfxpro.com. Trust me it will get quick response when either of them have a free moment to reply. I bet Kat or Sam answer 24-7 Ben may even wehn on one of his no stop NLFX tour bus stops on the side of the road.

OK I need to make a really humble apology here to Ben and everyone else at NLFX.

I have been about half pissed off at NLFX for not answering my e-mails when requesting information on items I was interested in purchasing.

I would send a request and then never hear back from them, I was hurt and confused, then I would go on and make my purchases from another source!

Well, Ben slapped me the other night! (not hard) it seems that each one of my e-mails had been answered the problem was, I was using my G-mail account when I signed back up here on ODJT and it is an account i never even check anymore so there set all of NLFX's e-mails never opened!

OK I am an idiot! LOL

Ben and to the NLFX family, my most humble apologies for my own stupidity, and I apologize to everyone else for their unanswered e-mails as well. I will be changing my e-mail addy on ODJT to my "used" e-mail addy of [email protected]

Thank you all for the patience you have taken with me all the while wanting to KTSOOM!
