"Windows has a problem when trying to copy this folder"

I had a problem with my install disc for Pinnacle Studio 12... A man from Pinnacle gave me a link to DL the install disc. I did DL it and, and it was a bunch of zip files. I unzipped them to a folder and ran the main .exe. Everything works fine.

But the guys said to copy the folder and burn it on to a DVD. I get the message you see in the thread title when I try to copy and paste to the DVD burner or do a "send to" ( the DVD burner ).

Am I doing something wrong?

BTW, it is a folder with 2.06 GB of info in it... Might that be the reason?

especially when you probably know the answer.
 
Shirl lost Pinnacle when she upgraded to IE8.

She tried everything... reloading the utility, called tech support. No soap. She could not get Pinnacle to work after that upgrade.

Ain't brothers wunnerful. :)

Rick, I told Shirl to contact you. She said she misses the Pinnacle program. Her desktop died and she's gotta get it fixed.

Speaking of the eggnog, I was thinking of that just the other day. Getting to be that time of year again. I'll be keeping an eyeball out for when they get it in the store.

Soon as they do I'll let ya know. We'll get you set up. :)
