Ots is very stable, and it incorporates some good ideas in it's music management method. But those ideas come with a cost:
proprietary isolation.
The program is very stable, uses fewer resources, and the proprietary music file system works well. But, here's the engineering reality:
The proprietary file format combined with the single instance license and machine license, leaves you desperately lacking in cross-device backup options and emergency compatibility.
While MP3 is not the greatest format, it at least possesses this important cross-device and cross platform compatibility. MP3 media is "plug-n-play" in a multitude of devices that surround you nearly everywhere you go.
If you plan to use Ots professionally, you will need to plan for this weakness with either redundant licenses, rendundant machines, or dual formatted music sources.
Should your machine, software, or license be corrupted - you're Ots files will be useless until you can gain acces to another Ots program to play or export them.
If you're interested in the product I recommend you get only the older version of Pro. It has everything you'll need for basic comfort.
The added features of the new version aren't significant enough to warrant the purchase - and you can't utilize the karaoke or video features without purchasing additional softwares.
I own the full version, (less the karaoke and video). I like it, but will most likely switch products should I decide to add new features. Personally, based on the expereince with their product development, and lack of durable controllers - other than accepting any upgrades I'm entitled too, I would not do business with Ots again.

"Auto-DJ" is an oxymoronn. There is a disc-jockey or there isn't. Auto-mated playlists are not DJs, and a beat-mix arranged by software is mathematics not art.
