DC and Baltimore Metro areas...worst traffic in the country

If you dare move a person's chairs from their spot they shovoled out, and park in it, then be ready for a real fight. Baltimoreans go psycho if someone does that...including me. Slashed tires, rocks through windshields, physical altercations ensue. If any one doesn't want trouble they won't park in a spot that has chairs in it. It's like the unwritten rule of shoveling out spots. You just don't take someone's spot. ...It might just be the cause of another murder in the city! ...and we already have enough murders going on.

I should note that I live in a 55 and older community, so any fight that may break out would not be PPV material...:)

Agreed .. it's the same over here. I think it's the same everywhere that there's street / spot parking. I've seen it up and down the east coast.
