Anyone here attended a Mark Farrell seminar or workshop?
How about his "Master of ceremony" workshops?
Good? bad?

I believe the MC seminar is brand spanking new.
I would love to attend either and was considering it for MBLV...however it looks like I won't be doing Vegas in 08.
Wasnt so impressed with him in Vegas last year though I must give him the energy card. He confirmed much that I had already experienced as did most of last years lineup. This yrs lineup phowever appears to b loaded with gem speakers.
Well, I'm sorry my session was not up to your par.... :sqerr:He confirmed much that I had already experienced as did most of last years lineup. This yrs lineup phowever appears to b loaded with gem speakers.
In many ways I have viewed some programs with similar views. However such blanketed statements, without specific addressing will reflect badly on ones that are valid assets. Some will read such statements and translate hidden messages that ALL are bad and in an industry where a few see NO value in educating the masses to a specific level in general do-more-harm and are more self serving that they may realize.BillExperience has shown many who attend these How To's are in pursuit of someone other than themselves. While the search and education is swell, something very individualistically unique gets lost if approached as a cloning process. Many of the presentations and seminars are just that...cloning according to one formula.
It was done deliberately to keep the trolls away.Hey Bill,
I think ya spelled Marks name wrong...
I truly believe the future of being a successful mobile entertainer, especially in the wedding market is based on your emcee skills.
I know several wedding DJs who are serious about fine tuning their entertaining skills have told me that they are or plan on attending workshops like Mark's Master of ceremony classes, joining Toastmasters, improv groups, & taking speech or english classes at their local community colleges.
Agree? Disagree?
