What size and what format did you upload?
I uploaded a .psd that was 12" wide at 300dpi as prescribed on the site.
Of course it will never be embroidered that big... most likely no more than 3 to 4" wide
Can't believe I could have saved money by ordering hats and stuff with my logo.
I think I go through 5 ballcaps a year...and I pay like $20-$25 per 2 hats. And now I can get 5 caps for under $40 with my logo! I really wish I would have done this years ago.

Did they ever get back to you about your embroidery?
I just submitted some new artwork to them but I haven't heard anything back.

I got the same e-mail. I am ordering shirts, a couple bags, hats, etc etc. Lol. They sure do know how to drive up some business.
The only thing I do not like about this Queensboro site is the lead times. 3-5 Weeks.
I have a local place that will do the embroidery for $15 per shirt with a $50 setup fee. Lead time is 1 week or less.
In the end, I didn't order anything from Queensboro tonight. I think I am going to stick with a local guy to keep lead times down and quality under my control. They are about 1/3rd more for some items, but it may be worth it. I hope.

Last weekend, my business partner and I hit up Pennys, they had polos on sale for 10 bucks a pop, then we found a local place to have them embroidered. Total cost per shirt when all is said and done: $12.50.
Sure with plenty of email ads..... but not so much as a breath about the logo I uploaded.... I'm wondering if it even uploaded.
Put an item in the cart....and dont order. They will send you an email. They have been on the ball as far as being helpful. I just feel bad for wasting a little bit of their time, because I realize I am not 100% fully ready to order yet.
You are all a bunch of nerds...lol. I use business cards & talent! But then again, I am part time & lazy!!!

Ok I went and done ordered from Queensboro.... $38.50 for 2 polo shirts and 2 ball caps.... they are sending me a sample swatch of the embroidery for my approval so that I can see what it will actually look like vs a digital mock up.
