Midwest Tri-State ODJT DJ Conference Location?

I'd vote for it too...only an hour drive and I know the area pretty well. :sqwink:

But, it does add alot of time to Kirby and Rob.
 
Mid West British Columbia would be best showcased in Vancouver site of the Winter Olympics. After the mentioned Olympics there will be lot of tax payer supported venues lying empty. I imagine they could be had for real cheap and in Canadian Dollars.
 
How about this?

We get Val & Steve a gig at French Lick one night that weekend and the rest of us roadie/DJ for them. We all get paid and have some fun too!

Tout it as the Midwest DJ Allstars?

I'm not too concerned about the driving distance as long as we keep the "Meet-n-Greet" in Indiana.

There's no way we're gonna make everyone happy, but I do agree that it should be somewhere that is familiar ground to one of you, have activities within close proximity to each other, affordable lodging, etc.

Seriously, French Lick would be a ton of fun for everyone. There are actually some other local attractions that I think you might enjoy as well. I haven't actually stayed in the facility since the multi-million dollar upgrade, but from the looks of it, they really brought it back to life. I certainly don't want to push anyone into just agreeing with this location, but it may be that one of us has to kinda push for an executive decision or we still might be talking on this thread come March. ;) Maybe this could be a rotating meet-n-greet to each of our back yards?

I would agree, but since there is no one from there that could help us find a good location to hold this, then I think we should move it up the road a bit to Lafayette and allow Ducky to entertain us in their stomping grounds. That seems the logical location to me.

Besides, I know how cheap your arse is...you wouldn't even drive an hour to meet me with on my way to Chicago. ;)

I couldn't.... the ex was being a pain in the arse....

Anyway... Lafayette is cool with me too.... just don't know about that school.... hahahaha
